After each inmate have completed their assignment, the stairs to success will lead to a graduation ceremony.
EDUCATION

Each inmates will have the opportunity to receive their GED, earn some college credits and employment.
Time Frame
Nine Step Program
Each inmate will have a nine step program to complete in order to move forward to the next step of receiving their certificate of completion.

RJ & K Resource Center is a non-profit organization that is building relationships in the business community by networking with other like minded organizations to help the community to flourish. Community involvement is very important to help our young men / Women to stay in school in order to receive their high school diploma.
I, Josephine Clark was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. After graduating from high school I moved to Chicago, Illinois, got married and now a widow. I have 2 girls, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grands. This journey of helping to feed and house people started when I was a little girl around the age of 12. My father raised chickens and so I would kill one and feed the children in the neighborhood that said they were hungry. After that I moved to Illinois and started feeding and housing people with my husband. After the death of my husband I stayed in Huntsville for a while and then moved to California . I started feeding the hungry there for about 3 years. What makes RJ Resource Center different from other organizations, we will offer our team full-benefits, slightly higher pay increase after 90 days, 401K and insurance for them and family members. RJ Resource Center will house inmates that have less than 12 months on their release program. They will receive 3 meals a day, employment will be available, a nine step program to help main-stream back into society.

R J Resource Center is building communities for a better tomorrow, helping inmates to get reformed.
Miss D, was told she was to serve God at a very young age. But along the way, she began to hang out with the wrong crowd. Miss D began to drink, do drugs and sleeping around. One day she had a visit from God, asking her was she ready to change her life, after she said yes, she went to prison. This is the change she had been looking for, if only R J & K Resource Center was established at that time to help me with their nine step program. I would be a better person in my community.
